The tablet in the store isn’t working

If the tablet isn’t switched on or you get an error message when checking in such as “wifi is down”, you can notify a member of staff.  If they are unable to rectify the issue they can call us on 0800 368 7416 and we can have them back up and running within minutes. Alternatively, discuss with staff what options you have so you can redeem the additional points on your next visit, by retaining your receipt for example.
